At lot of my blogs are at night... this when the house becomes quiet, and I start to think. My mind races with ideas, tasks, and at times, anxiety. Many of you know, and some do not, that I have suffered from night terrors since I was a kid, and they have increased into my adult years. But since I have started this blog, and can put down on my thoughts in writing instead of thinking all of this "stuff" before I go to bed, I have been night-terror free. A blog a stress reliever and cure for night terrors? I don't know, but whatever it is, it sure helps.
