Hi Family and Friends,
What a great trip back east. We spent a week in VA and a week in NY. We celebrated (aka Nick drank 72 beers, give or take), laughed, and RELAXED! Nick and I visited with his siblings, their spouses, and kids. Then we went up to NY and saw Nick's parents, grandmothers, and extended family.
Many funny things happened... This family could have it's own reality show!! Nick singing (and winning!) American Idol on Wii, Karen's contacts drying out because she was starring so hard at the TV playing "guitar hero," Melissa and I singing "I'm like a bird." It was pretty good... well maybe not, but it was fun. Then there was the BMW that couldn't make it up the hill... (good times!!). I have much more to write, but need to prepare for the EKG class I am teaching tomorrow.
