10 years

Today Nick and I celebrated 10 years of dating bliss! Hard to believe. Wasn't it just 1999, and I was riding in his truck, singing along to Third Eye Blind, staying up talking until 2am, meeting him at Robbie T's for pizza, hanging out on Cotter's land, sneaking kisses at the movies, and asking him to move to Maryland with me for my freshman year of college?!

The memories are as crisp as if it were yesterday. We are now completely different people than at age 18 and 19. But we have grown together through everything. Our love is stronger than ever. I really can't believe it's been 10 years!!

So what is the secret?
Complete and total honesty even if the truth hurts. Also knowing the other will never leave, cheat, or lie. The foundation of our relationship is built on complete trust.

Two aginst the world.
We admit we would not and could not have done all we have done without the other. We are better because of the other.
