Updates:
1. Jack is 13 weeks old tomorrow. He is gigantic! He's in the 97%. Beautiful, big boy. He has completed our family, and we adore him. His smile is a touch of pure innocence and a little slice of heaven. He is so laid back and just "chills." Love that man!
2. E is the best big sister, EVER! She is such a helper and loves her "little Jackie" so much! She is growing (tall and skinny) and is sporting some new glasses. She loves art, puzzles, school, stickers, barbies, and Mr. Potatoe Head. She rocks. Our kids amaze us everyday and are the true loves of our lives.
3. Nick's brother, Jeff, was out here to visit, and we had an amazing time with him. He taught us how to Skype, and it was awesome. We asked Jeff to be Jack's godfather and are honored that he accepted.
4. Work has been going great. I am happy to be back and have a million and one projects to work on, and that's how I like it! Fast paced and busy-busy! I love being a nurse educator. Truly my dream job.
5. My parents doing well--they had company, literally, since right after Jack's birth until two weeks ago.
6. Nick will be going to Chicago in a couple of weeks on business. We will miss him while he is gone, but are so proud of his accomplishments.
7. Ah... number 7. Nick and I will be married 7 years this year. Itch. Itch. Just kidding!! We are planning (keep your fingers crossed) of renewing our vows in Vegas (Elvis, anyone?). But with two kids, this may be a pipe dream. We might just celebrate in the living room watching Max and Ruby with the kids. Either way, we will be together, and amazingly we are still crazy about each other and really enjoy each other's company.
8. Did I mention we went to Disneyland?!? We heart Mickey!
