Nick and I had a wonderful date night tonight. Elayna is spending the night at my parents. We went to TGIFriday's during Happy Hour. I had a diet coke, my fav! Nick had Bud Lite, his fav! It was half off appetizers. I guess we have been living under a rock... Nick and I can't remember going to a happy hour... EVER, in 10 years of relationship-bliss, we left out Happy Hour. When I made Nick aware of this, he said in that half smile (then you can't help smile) joking voice... "Happy hour is every night at our house at 5:30!" Don't worry, friends, we will be at Happy Hour again.... half off appetizers.... for a penny-pincher like me, that's a deal. So we will be back, oh yes, we will!
It's almost time for the long weekend!! Chuckie Cheese here we come!
