Tonight I had a pretty bad headache. My blood pressure was 130/84 (which isn't horrible, by any means, but higher for me---my normal is 107/70). So I need to watch that, will retake again tomorrow.
Elayna really wanted to make chocolate chip cookies when we got home, so we did that... only took about 10 minutes, no biggie. They were very yummy! Then Nick took over (thank you, babe!), and they set up their lego "city" from Uncle J. They had such fun together. I heard them talking, laughing, and playing, and I drifted off to sleep under my Grandma's warm quilt. I woke up about an half hour later, and the headache subsided, yea!
I don't know what I would do without Nick. He is my perfect match in every way. We are about to dive into a bit of craziness with two kids, and will most likely get stressed. But I know I always have Nick as my partner and co-parent. There is such comfort in that fact.
