Today we celebrated (early) Mom and Dad's 30th wedding anniversary. We just had a very, low key get together with my parents and my Uncle Frankie Simpson (who is in town from Nevada). My parents were surprised... we had a card, gift from E (a bowling set to play with "Yah-Yah" and "Normie"), homemade hamburgers/tuna salad/beans, and ice cream cake that said, "Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad, 7/7/79." Everyone had a nice time, and in true Simpson fashion, we fell asleep after eating (my Dad and I can sleep with the best of 'em!). Nick is such an amazing cook and made everything (as he does), and I clean everything up. It's a great system, which has worked well for 10 years.

Congrats! Tell them I said "Happy Anniversary!"... I'm in Syracuse now and it's not the same without you guys here :)
